A note to the narcissist…

I choose to remember you
Not by how you hurt me
But by how you taught me to heal

Not by how you left me
But by how you taught me to never abandon myself

Not by how you broke me
But by how you taught me to rebuild myself

Not by how you dimmed my light
But by how you helped me to shine

Not by how you kept me trapped in a place of comfort
But by how you empowered me to leave my comfort zone

Not by how you left me feeling weak
But by how you taught me what it means to be strong

Not by how you tried to control me
But by how you taught me to be free

Not by who you told me who I was
But by how you taught me to define myself

And above all
I choose to remember you
Not by how you were unable to love me
But by how you taught me
To love myself.

We should never need anything outside of our self to sustain peace, love, and joy! Anything outside of us is only and extension of our internal belief systems. They are icing on the cake, peanut butter to jelly! When we step in to the illusion that someone or something is needed or “completes” us we then give our power away to something other then God because God is within us. Find yourself then watch…

It's time to lose that heaviness. Time to let go of all that weight. Of all the things you've been carrying for so long. I know it's hard to let go. And I know it's even harder to start over.

But you can't keep all of that pain with you forever. It's paralyzing. And sooner or later your precious heart is going to demand you to move on. It's going to demand you to grow. To set new flames in. New beginnings. New chapters. That's a part of life... whether you want to believe it or not.

Sooner or later you'll have to let your past go... and you must believe that letting it go will always be for the greater good. The best is yet to come.

She is strong. Not because of how much she can lift but for how she lifts others up when they're at their lowest. Not because she is capable of withstanding the storm but because she'll navigate the storm and then show you how to do the same. Not because she is indestructible but because after every fall, she will always, always rise.

She is strong. Not because she chose to be but because the world demanded her to be. She has walked through hell, faced battles most will not comprehend and yet despite it all, she still chooses to be kind; to be soft at the hands of the world that tried to break her. Her strength comes from within. From learning how to turn pain into power, chaos into peace, wounds into wisdom.

Strong is she, who knows her worth and refuses to settle for less. Strong is she, who will not back down, who will fight for what she believes in. Strong is she, who has love wrapped around her heart, courage knitted in her bones and fire running through her veins.

Be the person who cares. Be the person who makes the effort, the person who loves without hesitation. Be the person who bares it all, the person who never shies away from the depth of their feeling, or the intensity of their hope.

Be the person who believes — in the softness of the world, in the goodness of other people, in the beauty of being open and untethered and trusting.
Be the person who takes the chance, who refuses to hide. Be the person who makes people feel seen, the person who shows up.

Trust me when I say — be the person who cares. Because the world doesn't need any more carelessness, any more disregard; because there is nothing stronger than someone who continues to stay soft in a world that hasn't always been kind to them.

Some people won’t want hear this…

The first step in healing is when we take a radical deep dive in to ourselves! Not trying to figure out how we can change other people or point the finger at any and everyone for your suffering. It’s when we learn the ability to self reflect on our individual part in our suffering can things really truly change. Our brains are like a projector.

You see when we attach a feeling to a thought we project a vibration that is then returned to us in the form of our current reality. So if you don’t like the things you are seeing around you change the film in your projector. Stop blaming everything outside our YOU! YOU are the magic! Want to know more about how to do that!? Follow Sacred Healing LLC and we will break it down for you this week!

With every step, I unraveled.
A little more of me revealed
the further I went.

My heart, it turns out,
is both the strongest and weakest thing about me.
The way it bends and breaks and mends again.
I’m so wildly hopeful,
and I should know better but
I’ve yet to witness a sunset that wasn’t worth chasing.
I’ve learned that my greatest failings
held the seeds of my biggest blessings.
I’ve learned that starting over
is sometimes a step forward.
I’ve learned when to let silence speak for me,
and that I’ll roar for good reason.

I’ve got a long way to go,
though I’m always exactly where I’m supposed to be,
finding peace in uncertainty.
The storms are part of my story.
Necessary to my journey.
I feel my old life wilting like weeds inside me,
while everything meant to survive thrives.
I’m not afraid of decay.
Like wildflowers, I open.
I grow.
There's beauty in my becoming.

There is a trend going round the tik tok about picking the bear but interesting enough….There is a lesson deep in that. Some people want to hear and some don’t. Don’t get caught up in being right. Those who were meant to hear will hear. And maybe just maybe you weren’t the one to deliver the message. Either way know when to secure your own energy around others who are not interested in peace and growth. Who knows maybe you were meant to plant the seeds and others harvest. Either way all the work done is for the better of all! 💜🦋💜

“It is safer to meet a bear robbed of her cubs than to confront a fool caught in foolishness.”
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭17‬:‭12‬ ‭
