There’s something powerful that happens when people don’t just show up to a project… they show up for each other. 🤝
Now in my third year partnering with this incredible suite of clients, it was an honor to once again architect and facilitate our Q1 2026 Leadership Lab for the Harris Health John M. O’Quinn Transformation Project. This wasn’t just a session; it was alignment in action for a powerhouse room of CEOs, Founders, and VPs.
The Highlights:
🎤 The Keynote: I officially launched my REBIRTH™ Leadership Framework—grounded in rooting in your WHY, elevating EQ, and building from Strengths.
📊 The Data: We analyzed our "State of the Team" survey results to celebrate progress and chart an intentional path forward.
🎨 The Soul: A moving "Artful Healing" presentation showed us how intentional design and storytelling humanize healthcare.
We aren't just building a hospital; we are building a culture. After three years of work together, seeing this team live out the REBIRTH™ principles is the ultimate reward. New voices were heard, trust was deepened, and we are more aligned than ever.

As the Designer and Facilitator of this quarterly team building training program through Brand Rebirth, I am humbled to train (and group coach) more than 70 leaders from 25+ partner companies as we climb higher on the EQ Mountain—building , , and stronger .
The Harris Health LBJ Transformation Project is one of the most significant initiatives in Harris County history: a $2Bil expansion to create a Level 1-capable trauma center that will serve our community’s most vulnerable.
For me, this project is also deeply personal. 💙 My late father, Willard John Vital, devoted his career as an LMSW to serving the 5th Ward Community. His legacy of service to those most in need is one I carry with me in this work, and it is an honor to contribute to a project that will transform healthcare for future generations.

🚧✨ Facilitating Strengths for a $2 Billion Transformation ✨🚧
On August 22nd, I had the joy of facilitating Part II of a full-day Gallup CliftonStrengths workshop for the Harris Health LBJ Transformation Project Delivery Team — a $2 billion hospital construction project uniting 25+ partner companies.
To date, 107 members of the Delivery Team have completed the CliftonStrengths34 Assessment, which we’re using as a foundation for our summit up the “Emotional Intelligence” mountain.
This was our 3rd quarterly Team Strengths Engagement of 2025 — each one intentionally designed to build trust, deepen collaboration, and strengthen our ability to deliver together.
📌 In this session we:
🎯Explored our Top 5 Team Themes: Achiever, Relator, Responsibility, Learner & Arranger.
🎯 Created accountability by clarifying expectations through strengths with the help of .
🎯 Built strengths-based partnerships by identifying individual contributions.
🎯 Mapped our Team Strengths Grid to understand collective dynamics.
🎯 Reflected as a team on how to live our strengths daily.
Gallup reminds us that strong teams…
1️⃣ Focus on results instead of letting conflict destroy them.
4️⃣ Embrace diversity.
5️⃣ Are magnets for talent.
This project team is a living example of these truths. Each quarter, the bonds grow deeper and the trust stronger — across companies, disciplines, and personalities.

When I am not working for clients, I pour my heart and soul into serving these great her4HIM ladies as their Women's Ministry Director.
This group photo was taken at the end of our Magenta Metamorphosis: Transformed by Christ, Unleashed to Bloom Immersive Retreat.
I guided this group through "Discovering & Unleashing Their God-Given Gifts" using Gallup CliftonStrengths as a psychometric tool. It was an honor to lead and grow with them.
