Something is changing at DefendFit…

And we’re pretty excited about it.

As part of our rebranding, we’re giving our training space an interior refresh—more organized, more functional, and designed with purpose.

We’re also introducing our new signature DefendFit brand logos, bringing a fresh visual identity to the space and the next chapter of our community.

The transformation will take about three weeks, so we’ll be sharing a little along the way.

Same location. Same community. Same mission.

Just a new look, a better training environment, and something exciting taking shape.
