CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) can double—or even triple—a person’s chance of survival after cardiac arrest. You don’t need to be a medical professional to act. Here's how:
Call 911 – Don’t wait.
Push hard and fast – In the center of the chest.
Keep it going – Until help arrives.
Remember: For every minute without CPR, survival chances decrease by 10%. In the U.S., 70% of cardiac arrests occur at home. You could be the difference.
