Due to weather conditions approaching the Houston area, all after-school clubs and activities are canceled today.

Students will be dismissed at the regular time of 3:40 p.m. Please arrange for your child to be picked up or use their usual transportation home.

We are closely monitoring the weather and will promptly share any changes to tomorrow’s school schedule.

Thank you for helping us keep our students and staff safe.

All 197 Horizon Leadership Academy families are now connected through ParentSquare, helping our community receive important announcements, emergency notifications, and school updates quickly and conveniently. Even better, 66% of our families are already using the app for real-time updates!

Music is flourishing with Mr. Baker! Our cello and guitar students are developing their skills and confidence each week, while our school orchestra continues to welcome more talented young musicians. We’re excited to hear our ensemble grow together! 🎻🎸



Our young musicians had a wonderful time learning and performing the much-loved song “The Wheels on the Bus” with Mr. Baker! Using Orff instruments, the children brought the song to life while developing creativity, confidence, and a love of music. What a joyful lesson! 🚌🎶
