The Texas Statewide Conference for Education of the Deaf (SWCED) is a premier event dedicated to advancing education, resources, and advocacy for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. Every two years, SWCED brings together hundreds of educators, administrators, specialists, parents, and advocates from across Texas and beyond to share research-based practices, innovative strategies, and a vision for a more inclusive future.
