You don’t have to train more, you have to train with more intention.

Everyone wants to get better at Jiu Jitsu.
The problem is that most people think improvement only happens during class.
It doesn’t.

The students who improve the fastest pay attention to the small details:
-They take notes after class.
-They ask questions and get feedback from their training partners.
-They make it a goal to use the techniques they learned during live rounds.
