This is a busy time of year and I can get distracted and derailed easily by requests for my time and energy. FOMO cranks up.

I know what matters most, and I know what goals I’ve set before me. What helps is to anticipate as-best-as-I-can where conflicts will crop up, and come up with contingency plans.

I may not get to the gym as regularly, but I can still find ways to add a quick but brisk walk.
