In 1998, when I made the conscious choice to start flipping, I chose to learn from my mentor, Mr. Harry Smith. He spent countless hours showing me the ropes, and even still, it took time. I am glad I stayed the course because wholesaling and flipping take time and patience. But, the rewards changed my life!

Since then, we have transitioned from wholesaling to flipping, to renting free and clear properties and owner financing to developing multimillion-dollar homes. But still, I have a burning desire to help more people learn the game of flipping.
