Our little learners had a wonderful time planting and exploring how things grow! Through hands-on gardening activities, children learned about seeds, soil, water, sunlight, and the importance of caring for living things.

Planting teaches patience, responsibility, observation skills, and a love for nature while making learning fun and meaningful. We can't wait to watch our plants grow alongside our students!

As the 2025–2026 school year comes to a close, we are filled with pride as we reflect on all the growth, learning, friendships, and memories made at Square One Early Education Academy.

This year our children explored new concepts, developed literacy and math skills, strengthened social-emotional growth, built confidence, and discovered a love for learning through hands-on experiences every day. From learning letters and numbers to practicing writing, reading, STEM activities, creative arts, and building lasting friendships, our students have accomplished so much!

We are incredibly thankful to our families for trusting us with your children and allowing us to be a part of their educational journey.

As we celebrate all that has been achieved, we are excitedly looking ahead to another year filled with learning, growth, exploration, and success. The future is bright, and we can't wait to continue helping our children learn today and lead tomorrow!

Our class had fun making street light while learning about Garrett Morgan, the inventor who created the three-position traffic signal. Students discovered how his invention helped make streets safer by adding a warning signal between stop and go. We are so proud of their creativity and engagement as they connected history with hands-on learning!

The children discussed the attire worn at the rodeo and the animals you might see there. They shared ideas about cowboy hats, boots, belts, and other western clothing, then used their creativity to design their own rodeo outfits and animals such as horses and bulls. It was a fun and engaging activity that helped them learn about rodeo culture while expressing their creativity through art.
