Miami Trace Academic Boosters Club (aka: ABC Club)

Miami Trace Academic Boosters Club (aka: ABC Club) The Miami Trace Academic Boosters Club is a non profit organization with the mission of supporting, promoting, and encouraging academic achievement.

Membership is open to any parent, student, community or business member interested in the promotion and support of the Miami Trace Academic Boosters mission. The club meets the second Monday of each month (during the school year) 7pm in the high school conference room (we are always done by 8pm!). All are welcome.

Join us for our Academic Meeting on Monday, 11/10, at 4:30 PM in the MTHS conference room as we plan some special holiday treats for our high school teachers! We will also schedule dates to work the concession stand to earn Senior Scholarship money.

It’s that time of year again!! ABC club is working the fair gates as a fundraiser for scholarships and awards.

Academic Boosters needs volunteers to work the fair gate again.
Main gate daily 12-5. (Can be split into shifts)
Horse gate (full body movement) Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat 1-4
Horse gate Tues., Wed-Sat 4-8 pm.

MT Academic Booster are once again raising money for scholarships and awards!

Are you able to work a shift at the gate at the Fayette County Fair? If we fill enough slots, we will raise money to assist with scholarships.

ABC Club is working fair gate, by the horse barns and need some volunteers. Please let me know when you are available to help.

We still need Tuesday- Saturday from 10am- 1pm

Monday- Saturday 1-4

Monday- Saturday 4-8

You may be eligible for a prestigious academic award at school and you might not even know. This patch can be added to the sleeve or chest of an MT jacket and receiving the award would show excellence on college and scholarship applications.
The Academic Letter Award is presented to students with a 3.5 academic GPA for the first semester and third quarter this year with good attendance and no behavior infractions.
For complete details, please see the Feb. 27 email from Mr. Sheets to all students.
The Academic Booster Club wants to award all eligible students the Academic Letter Award! Applications are due Friday March 24. Please search among the school emails to see the details and pass along the info to other HS friends. For B questions, please see Mr.Sheets or the office staff.
This is an annual award. After receiving the patch, each subsequent year, a bar is earned (like a Varsity letter).

Help!! We are stuck for help at the Fayette County fair gate tomorrow from 7 am-12 noon. (Someone canceled). Can you please help us to earn money towards scholarships. It’s a sitting down job!
