Training and professional development for the upcoming school year is well underway! We will have Lion Care staff at each Open House this evening to answer any questions you might have regarding registration. We are so excited to welcome our families back!

Registration is open for the 2026/2027 school year! Returning families, please remember that you must re-register every season with a new contract so you can let us know if anything has changed with your child’s schedule.

Just a reminder that Lion Care is not available when school releases early due to weather. We hope everyone gets home safely ahead of the predicted storms. Families who are scheduled to attend this afternoon will receive a credit on their next invoice for today.

Due to the potential for severe weather, possibly including heavy rains, large hail, and damaging winds, during our normal release times, the Northwest R-I School District will have an early release day on Monday, April 27, 2026. This is to ensure that all students and staff can arrive home safely before weather conditions worsen.

Secondary schools will release at 11:46 a.m. and elementary schools will release at 12:56 p.m.

All after school activities are canceled, including Lion Care and afternoon Jefferson College ATS classes.

There will be no afternoon Early Childhood classes.

We understand that schedule changes are challenging, and we appreciate your flexibility as we prioritize the safety of our students and staff.
