🟥 HEART ATTACK: A 'plumbing problem.' Blood flow to the heart is blocked. The person is usually conscious. Symptoms: chest pain, shortness of breath, pain in the arm or jaw.

⚡ CARDIAC ARREST: An 'electrical problem.' The heart stops beating effectively. The person collapses, becomes unresponsive, and stops breathing normally. THIS is when CPR is needed — immediately.

2️⃣ PUSH HARD, PUSH FAST. Center of the chest. About 2 inches deep, 100–120 compressions per minute.
3️⃣ DON'T STOP until help arrives or an AED is available.
