As of today Monday 0ctober 2 thru Sunday November 5, Bayou Black sno-trailer will no longer serve Hamburgers or Hotdogs. Sorry for any inconvenience. Thanks Management.

Bayou Black Recreation Center will start taking applications for concession workers beginning February 7th to February 25th. Apply Monday through Thursday 8am to 4:30pm and Fridays 8am to 2pm. Applicant must be 17 years of age or older. Apply at 3688 Southdown Mandalay Road.

So our sno-cone season has come to an end. The trailer is being moved today and winterized until next season. For everyone that supported us this season " THANK YOU "......For those that missed us this year, come try us next year...SEE YA NEXT SPRING.......

Just to update everyone, we are still open everyday from 2 till 7. As of Saturday Sept. 29, the sno-trailer will be closed every Saturday for T P R football. However, the back concession stand will be open from 9 till 1. Come by to see us for your SWEET FIX!!!!!!!!!!!
