At the request of Governor Jeff Landry, school systems across Louisiana are sharing information about increased criminal penalties for ma*****na possession in school zones. Act 305 of the 2026 Regular Legislative Session increased penalties for ma*****na possession on school property, within 2,000 feet of school property, and on school buses.

The Woodmen of the World graciously donated St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic School a 30 foot Flagpole and a brand-new flag! Keep Louisiana Beautiful donated the use of their auger assisting the KC #6170 to install the Flagpole. All organizations along with our faculty raised the flag for the FIRST time since Hurricane Ida!
