The South Louisiana Wetlands Discovery Center extends our deepest condolences to family of Don Ducote. Don is the beloved father of Lindsay Ducote-Guidry, staff member of the South Louisiana Wetlands Discovery Center and coordinator of the Bayou Terrebonne Waterlife Museum.

A respected community leader in his own right, Don dedicated many years to serving festivals Luling, LA. His passion for bringing people together through festival traditions is a legacy that continues through his daughter, who now carries that same spirit of service with SLWDC.

May his memory be a blessing, and may his family find comfort in the many lives he touched. Please join us in keeping the Ducote family in your thoughts during this difficult time.
