Had a great opportunity to go to a small airshow in St. Joseph, LA last weekend; it's called Thunder on the Bruin, and it was a great time. My friend Ray Pierce noticed the event in the LA Aviator newsletter and I immediately noticed that they had the Titan Aerobatic Team performing! Ray and I flew up there late in the afternoon, watched the sunset performance, and returned to Houma late Saturday night. This was an excellent, small town, aviation event, and Ray and I are definitely going back. Nice area and great people! Can't beat it!

This pilot did some amazing flying after an emergency forced her to land on I-10 in Pensacola. She flew UNDER the sign structure that passes over the interstate! Most people, even most pilots, have no idea how difficult a maneuver this is! Much respect due here!

Today I was very fortunate to fly with Ashley, who just got her private pilot's license a few days ago. She was sent to me by her CFI so she could learn some aerobatics. Ashley is working towards a career as an Airline Pilot, and I know she will excell at it. She did a great job on rolls, loops, and spins, and I expect she'll broaden her horizions even more.

This is a beautiful airplane! I flew over to see it last weekend and we flew in formation for pictures. My pictures with the GoPro 360 didn’t come out well, but I’ll get some better photos later.
