The Alley - Makerspace at Michigan Tech The Alley is a new makerspace in the basement of the Memorial Union Building at Michigan Tech.

The Alley Makerspace in the basement of the MUB is open and free to use to all Michigan Tech students, staff, and faculty. Stop in and use our 3D printer, woodworking tools, prototyping supplies, and more!

Meet Adam, a Mechatronics major here at Michigan Tech, who's taking a hands-on approach to creativity! He dropped by the Alley Makerspace to craft a custom bedside table using scrap wood. Adam’s project is a great example of turning leftover materials into something functional and unique. Keep building, Adam!
