Houghton Academy’s Class of 2026? Graduation ceremony will be streamed live on the Houghton Academy page tomorrow, May 30th, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.

We invite alumni, family, and friends near and far to celebrate this special milestone with our graduates. Congrats class of 2026, we can’t wait to honor your accomplishments!

For our final senior spotlight, we would like to highlight Gracie Feng. She plans to return to China and spend the summer traveling and exploring new places. We love you Gracie and we know you have a bright future ahead.

Thank you to everyone who came out to see the Art Exhibition. It was a joy to see students sharing the work they have spent the entire year developing and refining. Your presence, conversations, and encouragement meant so much to these young artists.

A special thank you to Coppa Co for generously hosting the exhibition and creating a space for our students to share their creativity with the community.

The exhibition will continue to run through Saturday, May 30. If you were not able to attend the reception, there is still time to stop by and experience the work. Thank you again for supporting the arts and celebrating the creativity of our students.

Our next senior to highlight is Kylie Nguyen, she plans to attend Virginia Commonwealth University to study Biology. Go get em Kylie!

Meet Amy Nguyen, she plans to attend Lone Star College in Texas and then transfer to a University two years later to delve deeper into the field of Business. Go and reach for the stars Amy, we love you!!

Julia just published a book! 🐞🪲📚✨🎉💥

Meet Julia Howard- a young artist, bug enthusiast, and now, ✨author✨, whose new picture book “Beetles” will be featured in our upcoming high school art exhibition at Coppa Co next Wednesday.

Julia created 44 detailed drawings of different species of beetles, each paired with fascinating facts that invite viewers into strange, colorful, and often overlooked world of insects. Inspired by her years living in East Africa and her love for nature, this project became a beautiful combination of Art, curiosity, and storytelling.

Be sure to stop by the exhibition, flip through her book, and ask her all things bugs- she’ll be excited to share her knowledge and passion with you.
