ATTN MICHIGAN SHOOTERS AND GUN ENTHEUSIASTS ACTION IS NEEDED NOW ... The loss of the NFA federally has left Michigan in a conundrum. As silencers and sbrs are legal in michigan aslong as there is a registration on the federal level. Since the feds have gotten ridnof the fereral registration and put the sales on a simple 4473 background check gun sale. We in michigan cannot get them this way. we must still file a full form 4 . which is no longer needed federally.
Michigan has introduced 2 bills HB-6284 AND HB-6285 to bring Michigan into fereral compliance. Those bills will die in comittee unless we can force the vote before the end of the session.
