Garland County residents pursuing higher education can now apply for the Oaklawn Foundation Scholarship, administered by the Hot Springs Area Community Foundation . 🎓

🗓 Application Window:

January 2 to February 20, 2026 (closes at 11:59 PM)

Eligible students include those attending community colleges, technical or vocational programs, trade certificate programs, and public or private colleges or universities, including graduate studies.
