What a great welcome to Hot Springs for Dr. Derek McDowell, 's new executive director, on Monday! It was wonderful to see a gathering of folks from Hot Springs, state and local legislators, and ASMSA as well as the University of Arkansas System, including President Jay B. Silveria, who introduced Dr. McDowell. Thanks to Oaklawn Hot Springs for hosting the event and serving as cosponsor with The Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce.
