Kindergarten Parent Night Out!

Our kindergarten families got an inside look at all things KINDERGARTEN! 🍎✏️

Our teachers walked parents through standards-based report cards, our PBIS behavior system, kindergarten math and literacy standards, and important beginning-of-the-year logistics like transportation, cafeteria procedures, and more!

And while parents were learning, our little Cobras were having some fun of their own! 🤩 Students who stayed for childcare spent time in the cafeteria exploring STEM bins and playing with our awesome high school volunteers and facilitators.

We love opportunities to bring our families into the learning process and help everyone feel confident about the year ahead!

This is what Battle of the Gorge is all about!

A packed house. The band bringing the energy from the stands. Two teams battling it out under the Friday night lights. And at the end of it all, both teams coming together at midfield!

We may have walked away with the win, but moments like this are bigger than the scoreboard. It’s about community, sportsmanship, tradition, and two teams representing their schools with pride!!

Learning in action! 💡⚡️

A. Barham’s class put their knowledge to the test as they learned about electricity by building circuits! Students worked together, experimented, problem-solved, and got to see firsthand what it takes to make electricity flow!

These little learners have been busy practicing their names while working on fine motor skills through tearing, sorting, and creating with colorful paper!
We LOVE seeing those proud smiles when their hard work is complete!
