This afternoon we had our first PTA meeting of the year and already we’re making moves to help the students and staff! Today we had two new portable AC units delivered to the elementary school so that our students can learn and grow with the summer heat. Want to join us? You can help out by coming to meetings, donating food for staff meals, helping with concession stand fundraisers or other events. This doesn’t have to be a huge commitment! One helping hand during the year from many parents adds up fast! Send us a message with your e-mail to follow along and see where you would like to fit in!

The PTA begins meeting on Monday, August 10th, at the Hot Springs Public Library at 4:00. We are a small group that tries to accomplish as much as we can! We would love any new members to join us. Can't make Monday meetings? Please send us your email, and we'll add you to our update list to keep you in the loop about other opportunities!

It's the final day of teacher appreciation week, and we're going out with a POP! Today, both lounges will feature an Italian Soda Bar! A huge thanks to Nelson's Oil and Gas for partnering with us to bring this day to the lounges. We couldn't have had such a successful week without our business partners' donations. We were happy to get to treat the amazing men and women who work with our kiddos every day this week, and we appreciate all that they do, all year round.
