Learning is happening all around OSTEM today!

From our youngest learners practicing and writing their letters in Kindergarten, to our 1st graders strengthening their writing skills and engaging in small-group instruction, learning is happening!

Our 3rd grade teachers were also collaborating with our Math MCL, working together to strengthen instruction, plan intentionally, and ensure our students are receiving the support they need to excel!

We love seeing teachers collaborating and students learning throughout OSTEM! This is what it looks like when we are Engaged and Empowered to Excel in All Things! 💛🖤

📚✨ Math came to life in Mrs. McCord’s classroom today! ✨📚

Who says math fluency has to be boring?! Mrs. McCord’s class tried a new math fluency game called BLUFF—and they were ALL IN!

The energy, excitement, and engagement were amazing as students practiced their math skills while having a whole lot of fun!

Then we took a journey back in time! During our measurement lesson, students used their palms and forearms to measure just like people in ancient Egypt did thousands of years ago.

From math games to ancient civilizations, our students are learning that math isn't just something you do on a worksheet, it’s something you can experience, explore, and connect to the world around you!

That’s the kind of learning we LOVE at OSTEM! 💛🖤
