Garland County Upholstery EHC

The Garland County Upholstery Club will NOT be meeting at the EHC building this Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025. Instead, we will be having a club Christmas party.
We will be back to our scissors and staples January 6th, 2026.

We have a special opportunity to learn to cane from Linda Sippel, a member of the Seatweaver’s Guild. Linda is one of the few people in Arkansas with this skill.
Linda will teach caning basics at the Garland County fairgrounds-EHC building, at 1pm on Saturday, November the 1st. Frames will be provided. Cost will be $10 for the frame and supplies-payable to Linda Sippel.
Please let us know in the comments below if you would like to attend this special workshop so we will have enough frames available.

This workshop will be limited to 10 people, but we will create a waiting list if more than 10 are interested.

Upholstery club booth is all set up for the Arts & Crafts Fair this weekend at the Garland County Fairgrounds. This is a fantastic event. You don’t want to miss.

Our next meeting will be September 2nd 2025. We get started at 9:00am and finish up by 4:00pm. You do not have to stay the whole time you can come and go to meet your own schedule. We do not have any group projects that we are working on but feel free to bring your own. Let us know if you can make it.
