Most small business owners aren’t short on ideas.
They’re short on time.
And right now, AI isn’t helping most people the way it should.
Not because it doesn’t work…
But because no one has shown them how to use it for real work.
That’s exactly what this session is about.
Join us for a free live webinar:
AI for Small Business: Create Leads, Content, and Campaigns in Half the Time
In this practical, beginner-friendly session, you’ll learn how to actually use AI to:
• Generate leads without spending hours on outreach
• Create marketing content that sounds like you
• Build campaigns faster without starting from scratch
• Simplify everyday communication and admin work
This isn’t theory.
This is real-world, usable AI you can apply immediately.
If you’ve tried AI and felt stuck… or haven’t started yet… this is the place to begin.

I've been teaching Gamma in my AI trainings for a few years.
Every single room, it gets a big reaction. People come in thinking PowerPoint is just "how presentations work." Then they see Gamma build a full, beautiful deck from a paragraph of text in about 45 seconds.
Jaws drop every time.
This week Gamma announced they're approaching 100 million users — and just launched Gamma Imagine, which generates on-brand posters, logos, and graphics from a simple prompt. No design skills required.
They're also embedding directly into ChatGPT and Claude, so you won't even have to switch tabs.
Here's what I want you to hear: the tools your competitors are going to be using next year are available right now. For free. Today.
The gap isn't access. It's knowing what's out there and building the habit of using it.
That's all I teach. What's out there. How to use it. How to make it stick.
If you want a list of the tools I actually use and recommend — DM me and I'll send it over.

I've been doing a lot of AI trainings lately.
Government teams. Workforce organizations. Community development districts. The people who keep cities and counties running — economic development directors, grants managers, city staff, small business owners — all wondering the same thing: where do I even start?
Most of them come in skeptical. Some have tried ChatGPT once. A few have never opened it at all.
By the end of the day, here's what they're writing on their evaluation forms:
"The ease of using the programs really caught me off guard."
"Mindblowing."
"Unlimited possibilities."
"I finally feel like I can see that the hype is not completely overblown."
This is why I do this work. AI isn't just for tech companies or big corporations with innovation budgets. It's for the people doing real work in real communities — the ones managing federal grants, serving residents, writing workforce plans, and trying to stretch every dollar further than it wants to go.
They just needed someone to show them how.
If your team is in that place right now — curious but not sure where to start — I'd love that conversation.

AI adoption is no longer a tech conversation. It’s a leadership conversation.
Last week, the Jonesboro Sun put AI on the front page.
Not because of Silicon Valley.
Not because of a new gadget.
Because mayors, economic development leaders, and business owners in Northeast Arkansas are asking a bigger question:
How do we lead responsibly in the age of AI?
When city leaders are using AI to:
• Draft policies
• Research grants
• Communicate more clearly with citizens
• Improve workflow across departments
That’s not experimentation.
That’s infrastructure.
For decades, leadership meant understanding finance, operations, and strategy.
Now it also means understanding artificial intelligence.
What excites me most is this:
Small-town America is not waiting.
Rural communities are stepping forward. Economic development teams are asking for training. Municipal leaders want guardrails, policies, and practical systems — not hype.
The gap isn’t access to tools.
The gap is training and leadership.
67% of professionals are using AI. Far fewer have received structured training on how to use it responsibly and effectively.
That gap is where confusion, risk, and missed opportunity live.
What we’re building at 7 Minute AI is not about chasing trends.
It’s about equipping leaders with the clarity and confidence to make smart decisions in real-world environments.
AI is not replacing leadership.
It’s raising the standard for it.
And this front-page story?
It’s just the beginning.

Tomorrow at 10:00am CT, I’m teaching a live AI session built specifically for financial advisors.
And it’s different for one simple reason:
I spent 33 years in financial services.
I built my career at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. I managed complex portfolios. I sat in the client meetings. I wrote the follow-up emails. I did the research. I prepped for reviews. I understand the pressure advisors are under because I lived it.
This is not a tech person teaching theory.
This is a former advisor, previously holding CFP®, CIMA®, and CRPC® designations, showing you how to use AI inside the real workflows of wealth management.
In 90 minutes, we’ll cover:
• Meeting prep that used to take 45 minutes and now takes 3
• Client emails that sound like you, not a robot
• IRS-sourced research using Perplexity
• Event invitations and LinkedIn content you’ll actually use
• A live breakdown of an advisor bottleneck
The reality right now:
63% of RIA firms are using AI.
Two-thirds report only “modest ROI.”
Not because AI doesn’t work.
Because most advisors are using consumer-level prompts for professional-level problems.
If you’ve tried ChatGPT and thought, “This isn’t helpful for my practice,” you’re not alone.
You just haven’t seen how to use it correctly in a financial advisory context.
It’s 90 minutes.
It’s $97.
And you’ll walk away with templates and workflows you can use immediately.
We start tomorrow at 10:00am CT.
If you’re a financial advisor who wants to save 10+ hours a week without sacrificing quality, message me or comment “AI” and I’ll send the details.
The question isn’t whether AI will change financial advisory.
It already has.
The question is whether you’ll lead with it — or catch up later.
02/11/2026
You already know AI matters.
There are hundreds of programs teaching people how to use AI.
Google has one.
IBM has one.
MIT has one.
LinkedIn has dozens.
Some of them are good.
But here’s the gap no one is talking about:
None of them teach you how to teach AI to other people.
And right now, that’s the most valuable position in the room.
Every organization is asking:
What’s our AI strategy?
How do we train our team?
How do we use this safely?
Who’s leading this?
Most companies don’t need another tool demo.
They need someone who can walk in and say:
Here’s the system.
Here’s the framework.
Here’s how we implement this across your team.
That’s a completely different skill set.
That’s why I built the 7 Minute AI Certified Trainer Program.
It’s not about dabbling with prompts.
It’s a live, structured certification where you:
• Learn five AI platforms
• Master a 4 level framework from prompting to workflows to agents
• Build materials you can actually teach
• Leave with a certification and launch toolkit
AI literacy is exploding.
AI leadership is rare.
AI trainers? Almost nonexistent.
If you’ve been using AI and thinking, “There has to be more than this,” you’re right.
There is.
Comment “CERTIFIED” and I’ll send you details about the February cohort.
Or message me directly if you’d rather talk it through.

One of the things that excites me most about AI is watching people realize that AI doesn’t have to be complicated or overwhelming.
That it can actually help you get organized, clarify priorities, and give time back.
New AI tools are everywhere. But they only work for you if you know how to use them and what to use them for in your actual day.
That’s why I focus on practical, real-world ways to use AI, not demos or shiny tools. Just simple routines that help people stay focused on what matters.
I’m hosting a free live workshop next week where I’ll show how to use AI in your daily planning.
If you’re curious about AI but mostly want your time and clarity back, I’d love to have you join us.

This is my favorite part of the work.
I've spent decades helping people get more intentional with their time. First as a time management and productivity coach, and now through AI training.
What I love most isn't the technology itself. It's watching the lightbulb moments when people realize AI doesn't have to be complicated or overwhelming. That it can actually give them time back.
This week I'm teaching multiple groups, including a session with NWAEDD in Harrison. We're showing city and county leaders how simple AI tools can help them write policies faster, turn meeting notes into summaries, and communicate more clearly with their communities.
It's practical. It's accessible. And it's designed for real work, not tech demos.
Training people to use AI with confidence? That's my #1 passion right now. And 2026 is shaping up to be our biggest year yet.

Join me live and set the tone for 2026
Your year does not need more pressure.
It needs a clear plan and a confident start.
12/29/2025
Every new year starts the same way — fresh notebooks, bold dreams, and that flicker of “this year will be different.”
But here’s the truth: lasting change doesn’t come from bigger goals. It comes from better systems.
In my recent blog post, I walk through how to turn your 2026 vision into a 90-day plan that actually sticks, using the same framework inside The Life Plan Workbook.
🧭 Reflect honestly on where you are today
🪞Write your 5-Year Vision in present tense — as if it’s already real
🎯 Choose one SMART goal for the next 90 days
📅 Check in weekly to stay connected to your “why”
You don’t need to overhaul your life. You just need seven minutes of clarity a day.
✨ Start where you are. Use what you have. Write it down. Then keep going.

After 33 years in financial services, including reaching the top 11 % of producers at Morgan Stanley, I’ve seen firsthand how much time financial advisors spend on tasks that don’t directly serve clients. I’ve devoted the past few years to exploring AI tools and I’ve been amazed at how much ChatGPT can lighten the load for busy advisors.
Tomorrow morning I’m hosting a virtual class in coordination with the Financial Planning Association that walks through how financial advisors should be using ChatGPT, sharing prompts and workflows that will help reclaim hours each week.
If you’re curious about AI, have questions about how to implement it in your business, or are just looking for ways to streamline your day, I’d love for you to join the class:
