Too many people think of their anger as the enemy that holds them back. Your anger is not your enemy. It's a powerful ally in your journey toward personal growth and healthier relationships.

Embrace it. Anger is a motivator that can inspire you toward change or energize you for a healthy confrontation approached in love.

Learn from it. Think of anger as a warning sign that something needs to be addressed, either in your heart or mind, in a relationship, or in a situation.

Let it go and let it guide you toward a more authentic and fulfilling life. Holding onto your anger will indeed hold you back. But when you learn to accept anger’s true role in your life, you will walk into a healthier relationship with your emotions, yourself, and the people in your life.
