CHORUS BEGINS TOMORROW

Hi Parents!

I hope this message finds you coming off a wonderful winter break. Mrs. Cook and I certainly enjoyed being back with the kids today.

Our Chorus concert for spring semester is scheduled for the evening of Wednesday, April 10th. This will be here before you know it! Because of this, Mrs. Cook and I have decided to go ahead and get Chorus "cranking." We will have our first Chorus rehearsal for the spring semester tomorrow, Friday, January 4th, at 7:45 a.m. At this rehearsal, members will receive a detailed rehearsal schedule for the remainder of the spring semester.

We look forward to preparing another awesome program!

Reminder: Chorus rehearsal tomorrow morning, Friday, September 7 at 7:45 AM. Please do not drop students off prior to 7:35 AM. Also, nonmember siblings are not permitted to attend chorus rehearsals.

Hi parents!

I hope that everybody has had a wonderful spring break. I, for one, got some much needed house maintenance completed!

We hit the ground running tomorrow morning. Please remember that we have Chorus rehearsal Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday mornings of this week. It is important that Chorus members attend these rehearsals so we can put the final touches on our repertoire. Our performance is Wednesday evening at 6:30pm in the Mill Creek High School Theater. Chorus members will wear their red Chorus polos with black pants and black shoes.

I believe you all are in for a very special performance. The kids are doing a wonderful job! Mrs. Cook and I are very proud of this ensemble.

Because of tomorrow's delayed start to school, we WILL NOT have Chorus tomorrow, Friday, January 19th. We'll follow the remainder of the schedule. If we feel the need to make up any rehearsals, we will let you know. Thanks for your support.

Hi parents! I apologize for the late post but there seems to have been several inquires. We DO NOT have Chorus rehearsal tomorrow, January 5th. Instead, we will begin Chorus rehearsals next Friday, January 12th. At that time, we will provide a hard copy of the Winter/Spring schedule to your child. I will email the full schedule prior to our initial rehearsal. Our regular rehearsals during the Winter/Spring occur on both Thursdays and Fridays. We do this because our concert occurs relatively early in the semester. As usual there will be exceptions. The schedule we provide to you will be followed very strictly. I will email the full schedule once Mrs. Cook and I have made the final adjustments.

Chorus rehearsal this morning, Thursday, Dec. 7th at 745am. We also have rehearsal tomorrow, Friday as well as M, T, & W of next week. Our performance is Wednesday night at MCHS. Rehearsal attendance lack desirability. Please make every effort to have your child at all remaining rehearsals. Also, uniform shirts have arrived. We will hand these out either this morning or tomorrow morning. Remember, your child will also need black pants, black socks, and black shoes for the performance.

Please remember that we have Cardinal Choir rehearsals on Monday (tomorrow) and Tuesday mornings of this week. Rehearsals begin at 745am. All remaining rehearsals are crucial to the success of the ensemble as we make our final preparations for our upcoming December performance.

Hi parents!

This is a gentle reminder that Chorus DOES NOT have rehearsal tomorrow morning, Friday, Oct. 13th. However, we do have our "Fun Friday" rehearsal tomorrow afternoon beginning at 3:15 p.m. The rehearsal will conclude at 6:00 p.m. Parents will enter the building to pick their children up in the hallway adjacent to the school's cafeteria.

Be sure that your child returns his/her "Change of Transportation" form. If he/she has lost the form, a simple note to your child's teacher that grants permission to stay will suffice.
