As the new year begins and a new semester unfolds, JCHS PTO welcomed our teachers and staff back to school with a special treat on Friday. Hot chocolate, coffee, and donuts are always an excellent way to begin the day!!! We hope everyone enjoyed the special treat and we look forward to a wonderful new year!! ☕️🍩🎊🎉🐾❤️

This past weekend these students auditioned for the District 14 Honor Band and the first round of the Georgia All State Band. The JCHS Band had 20 MAKE the District Band, and one student was chosen as an alternate! These students auditioned among 760 other band students from District 14. Congratulations to the following students for making the District Band! We are proud of you!

Congratulations to our PROUD Student of the Month — Garrett Johnson!

Garrett sets the bar high both in the classroom and with the JCHS Marching Band. He leads with positivity, integrity, and a strong work ethic—always willing to learn, help others, and give his best effort in everything he does.

His teachers describe him as optimistic, respectful, and dedicated—someone who consistently makes the right choices and uplifts those around him.
