Georgia Kids Academy

Curriculum boards are so important in our classroom! They show families what their child is learning, exploring, and creating each day. Kids also love seeing their work on display—it helps them feel proud and confident. Most of all, these boards connect school and home, so we can work together to support each child’s growth.

We want to give a warm welcome and recognition to our new Infant Assistant, Ava!

Ava is a high school senior from Jefferson High School completing her work-based learning with us. She’s not only dedicated and caring with our little friends, but she’s also an incredible athlete—she’ll be attending college this fall on a wrestling scholarship!

We’re so thrilled to have Ava at Georgia Kids Academy, even if it’s just for a short time. Welcome, Ava!

A love of reading starts young. From our littlest learners to Pre-K, we read every day. Story time helps build language, listening skills, and imagination. Simple moments like turning pages, looking at pictures, and talking about the story help children grow into confident readers. The best readers start early!

When families share their experiences, it truly fills our hearts. Thank you for your trust, support, and encouragement. We are honored to walk alongside you in your child’s learning journey.

We have LOVED the beautiful weather this week has brought us! The sunshine, fresh air, and blue skies made for the perfect days to learn and play outside.

From extra playground time to outdoor activities and lots of giggles, our friends have truly enjoyed every minute. There’s nothing better than happy kids soaking up the sunshine and making sweet memories together!

Happy Valentine’s Day from all of us! We are so thankful for the love and support of our amazing families and friends.

Our Pre-K classroom was out of this world last week! Students have been diving into all things space through books, art projects, and hands-on activities that help build curiosity, creativity, and early science skills. They’ve explored planets, astronauts, and space travel, and even got to dress up like astronauts themselves! How adorable is she in her space suit?! We love watching our little learners dream big and reach for the stars!

This weekend’s snow day gave our friends a chance to enjoy the snow with their families. We loved seeing everyone get outside, play, and make the most of the weather!
