Our Jump & Flexibility Clinic is designed to strengthen both major and minor muscle groups, helping athletes build the strength they need to reach their goals. Whether it’s higher jumps, stronger body positions, or both, we focus on improving range of motion, body control, and injury prevention to get them there. Stay tuned for the next one!
