The season came to an end last night, but we could not be more proud of this team and everything they accomplished this year. Every player continued to compete, grow, and support one another all season long.

Thank you to all of the parents, families, students, and fans for your support throughout the season. We appreciate everyone who came out to cheer us on. Excited to see what the future holds for this group!

Final game of the season tomorrow for the Hortonville Polar Bears as they take on Appleton West at 4:00 PM.

Final score didn’t go our way last night, but the Hortonville Polar Bears left everything out on the field in a hard-fought 15–16 battle against Oshkosh West.

We are extremely proud of the team’s effort, energy, and teamwork. 🐻‍❄️🏏⚾️

The Polar Bears fought hard but, unfortunately, were not able to secure the win against Oshkosh West on Tuesday. We are looking forward to seeing you at our next home game versus Appleton North on Thursday, May 14th.

The Hortonville Polar Bears will be taking on Oshkosh North tomorrow, 05/05, at 4:00 PM at Oshkosh West High School for our second game of the wiffle ball season!

The Polar Bears were able to secure the win in their opening game of the wiffle ball season on Tuesday. Every player worked hard this game and it showed on the scoreboard. Way to go Bears!
