Breathtaking Beachfront Palapa for Sale in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

Amazing Beachfront Palapa

We have decided to sell our amazing beachfront palapa "Tranquila" located 1 hour water taxi ride south of Puerto Vallarta. It is located in an off grid community (full solar) of about 25 other palapas called Los Chonchos. It is a 36 years lease until 2060. Maintained fees are around $4800 per year, and there are NO other fees. It is remote, safe... and very peaceful! Everyone is very friendly. The palapa is open air and has two beds and a loft (with a bed) and comes completely furnished and ready to enjoy! Palapa has internet, hot water, fridge and cooktop. Chimo is the nearest village to go for food and supplies. It is an appx 45 min hike to town, or you can hire the boat to take you. You will see whales, sea turtles (lay eggs on the beach), many other sea animals and a wide variety of birds. There are wild bananas and wild coconuts everywhere to enjoy!
Also see link below... more info. The video was taken when a guest visited "Tranquila". It has been updated since the video was taken (new concrete counters, new shelves/storage, new concrete shower, new ladder to loft and railing, etc). They have laundry services available and will pick up and do laundry in near by town of Chimo.
Call or email for more info. Amy Church (208) 602-2197 cell/home (208) 793-3977
Asking $99K. There is no financing available... so it is a cash sale.

On the morning of September 10, 2025, just hours before he was killed, Charlie Kirk sat down for what would become his final interview. When asked about a quote he lived by, Charlie immediately pointed to Scripture—specifically Romans 8:28. “One of my favorite verses… is Romans 8:28,” he said, explaining that even when circumstances are really bad, Christians can trust that “God is working it for His good, His perfect and pleasing will.” He continued, “It’s very liberating that God is working all things towards an ultimate good.”
And in the days and weeks after Charlie’s death, we watched Romans 8:28 unfold in a remarkable way. People who had never opened a Bible began buying Bibles. People who hadn’t been to church in years walked through church doors. People began asking questions about Jesus, sharing the Gospel more publicly, and recognizing the reality of evil in a way they hadn’t before. The gospel was shared with tens of millions (if not more) in a single day at Charlie’s memorial service—perhaps one of the largest broadcasts of the gospel in history. What the enemy meant for destruction became a moment that awakened countless people to eternal things.
