🎶 Don't miss one of Horseheads High School's most entertaining musical traditions! Join us for the HHS Choir POPS Concert today at 6 p.m. in the High School Auditorium.
This year's concert features music from some of the biggest artists of the 90s, including Billy Joel, Shania Twain, Lauryn Hill, Radiohead, the Backstreet Boys, and more! Our talented student performers are ready to take you on a nostalgic musical journey.
A suggested donation of $8 for adults and $6 for students will be accepted at the door. Following the concert, guests are invited to stay for a dessert reception and celebrate another successful year of music-making with our choir students.

Deadline extended for a short time only: In Horseheads, any K-12 student can ride the bus. If your family will require transportation in the coming school year, please submit a bus request form before the end of this school year. Your timely submission helps the Transportation Department finalize routes over the summer and avoid last-minute adjustments that can cause confusion for students and families.

Heartwarming moments were captured during the Class of 2026 Senior Walk. Graduating seniors revisited their old Elementary Schools and were greeted with a heroes' welcome by current students. More than just a photo opportunity, seniors are providing a great example and motivating future Horseheads graduates toward the finish line.

Students in the High School National Honor Society, under the guidance of Mrs. Dean and Mrs. Pratt, raised over $4,000 through their spring service project to support the Children's Miracle Network at Arnot Ogden Hospital. The funds were delivered by officers Gabrielle Owusu, Briley Beach, Isabel Blitz, Aaron Kaiser, and Ojas Bhushan. The organization was grateful for the student work that will be used to support children in our local NICU and PICU.

June is Pride Month. At Horseheads School District, we believe every student deserves a learning environment where they can be themselves, pursue their goals, and know they belong. Our differences—whether in background, experiences, interests, identities, or perspectives—help create a richer and more vibrant school community.
This month, and throughout the year, we remain committed to fostering a culture of kindness, inclusion, and respect for all students, staff, and families. When every student feels welcomed and supported, they are empowered to learn, grow, and succeed.
