If you couldn't attend yesterday's self-guided tour session, be sure to attend on Tuesday. Ease your student's transition from Elementary School to the Intermediate School. All new student families are invited to take self-guided tours on Tuesday evening.

Bus routing information is now live on the My Ride K-12 App. As of 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 18, registered student-rider profiles for the 2026-2027 school year are live and able to be accessed.

Easily download the My Ride K-12 app for mobile access on Google Play or Apple App Store or use the desktop version by logging in at myridek12.tylerapp.com and creating an account.

Please call the Horseheads Transportation Department at 607-739-6338 about any unexpected changes to the schedule you may see in the app, or you have questions. You may also message transportation staff directly through the My Ride K-12 app’s communication feature.

See it first-hand. Help your student get acclimated to their transition from Elementary School to the Intermediate School. New 5th grade families are invited to take self-guided tours on Thursday, with another session to follow next Tuesday.

📚The first day of school is Tuesday, September 8! As we get closer to the start of a new school year, now is a great time for students and families to begin transitioning back to a school-centered routine.

Over the next few weeks, we encourage parents and guardians to gradually adjust students’ bedtimes and wake-up times to align with the schedule they’ll need once school begins. Getting back into a consistent routine can help students feel more rested, focused and ready to learn.
