Youth Kickboxing (Age 5-12): 5:30-6:20pm
Kickboxing: 6:30-7:30pm
TUESDAY:
Youth Kickboxing (Age 5-12): 4:30-5:20pm
Youth Kickboxing (Age 8-12): 5:30-6:20pm
PowerFIT (Cardio Kickboxing): 6:10-7:00
Boxing: 7:00-8:00pm
Kickboxing: 8:00-9:00pm
WEDNESDAY:
Youth Kickboxing (Age 5-12): 5:30-6:20pm
Kickboxing: 6:30-7:30pm
Submission Grappling/MMA: 7:30-8:30pm
THURSDAY:
Youth Kic
