HOMECOMING CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES

IMPORTANT CHECK-OUT DEADLINE

ALL STUDENTS BEING CHECKED OUT MUST BE CHECKED OUT BEFORE 1:00 PM.
NO EXCEPTIONS. NO STUDENTS WILL BE CHECKED OUT AFTER 1:00 PM FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE SCHOOL DAY.

Once a student is checked out, they must remain with their parent/guardian for all Homecoming activities.

Students who are not checked out by 1:00 PM WILL remain with their class and attend the Homecoming activities with their teachers.

Homecoming Coronation will begin at 2:00 PM in the Game Gym, followed by the Pep Rally and Homecoming Parade, weather permitting!

Please plan accordingly if you intend to check out your student.
We appreciate your help in keeping everyone accounted for and making Homecoming a safe and fun afternoon!

PROCEDIMIENTOS DE SALIDA PARA HOMECOMING

IMPORTANTE: HORA LÍMITE PARA RECOGER A LOS ESTUDIANTES

TODOS LOS ESTUDIANTES QUE VAYAN A SER RECOGIDOS DEBEN SALIR ANTES DE LA 1:00 PM.

NO HABRÁ EXCEPCIONES. DESPUÉS DE LA 1:00 PM, NO SE PERMITIRÁ LA SALIDA DE NINGÚN ESTUDIANTE DURANTE EL RESTO DEL DÍA ESCOLAR.

Una vez que un estudiante sea recogido, deberá permanecer con su padre, madre o tutor durante todas las actividades de Homecoming.

Los estudiantes que no hayan sido recogidos antes de la 1:00 PM PERMANECERÁN con su clase y asistirán a las actividades de Homecoming con sus maestros.

ACTIVIDADES DE HOMECOMING

La Coronación de Homecoming comenzará a las 2:00 PM en el gimnasio principal, seguida por la reunión de ánimo escolar y el desfile de Homecoming, si el clima lo permite.

Por favor, hagan los arreglos necesarios si planean recoger a su estudiante.
