Has it hit you yet?
Wealth doesn't matter when store shelves are empty.
Your social standing doesn't matter when social distancing is mandatory.
That fancy job doesn't matter when the entire economy is headed for a crash.
Your expensive car can't outrun a virus.
Your big home is just as vulnerable as a small one.
The things we thought were so important, in fact, didn't matter at all.
We didn't need all those things, it is time for a change.
Maybe mother nature is taking charge as a mother should when her child has gotten out of hand.
Maybe it's time to once again band together in tribes, taking personal responsibility for how we live.
Maybe it's time to provide for ourselves more, and depend on others less.
Maybe it's time for gardens in our yard, and fishing trips.
Maybe it's time to educate our children instead of allowing them to be indoctrinated blindly.
Maybe materialism shouldn't have taken the space of spiritualism.
All of the accolades, awards, and achievements of this material world mean nothing in the spiritual world.
Maybe it's time for this world to change.
