We are excited to announce the hiring of Lincoln Rowe as the next Band Director at Christian County Middle School!

Mr. Rowe brings 17 years of experience in music education, leadership, and program development. Throughout his career, he has built award-winning ensembles and student-centered programs focused on excellence, service, and opportunity for all students.

Most recently serving as Director of Bands for Ohio County Schools, Mr. Rowe has led ensembles to numerous Distinguished Ratings at Kentucky Music Educators Association assessments, state-level performances, championship finalist appearances, and national recognition through organizations including Music for All and Winter Guard International.

His students have earned placements in All-District and All-State ensembles, the Kentucky
Governor’s School for the Arts, and other prestigious honors throughout Kentucky and beyond.

Mr. Rowe is passionate about creating a positive culture where students can grow as musicians,
leaders, and people. We are excited for the future of the band program at Christian County Middle School and look forward to the impact he will make on our students and community.

🎉 Congratulations to the Inaugural Christian County High School Tiger Guard! 🎉

After an incredibly competitive audition week, we are proud to introduce the 2026 Christian County Tiger Guard!

Congratulations to each and every student who earned a spot—this is a tremendous achievement, and we are excited to see what this talented group will accomplish during our inaugural season! 🐯

📅 First Meeting Information
Our mandatory parent meeting will be held:
Monday, May 4th at 6:00 PM
PAC at CCMS

We look forward to kicking off an exciting season together!

Are you looking for an exciting way to perform, get involved, and be part of an award winning program? The Christian County Tiger Band Color Guard is now accepting members for the upcoming season!

No experience needed—just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to the team. Color Guard blends dance, movement, and equipment to bring music to life in an exciting and powerful way.

📅 Tryouts will be held at both CCMS (for current CCMS & CCHS students) and HMS (for current HMS and HHS students) based on your current school, with multiple clinic dates leading up to a final combined evaluation on May 1 at 4:00 PM at CCHS (Lyle Dunbar Gym).

You should attend all the clinic dates for your school (4 dates) then attend the final tryout on May 1st.

📌 Who Can Join?

Open to students entering 7th–12th grade

📣 Important Notes

Fall Color Guard is physically demanding, and placements will be based on readiness

Students not yet ready are encouraged to continue developing through winter guard

Congratulations to our HCC Winter Guards on an incredible season in the SCGC circuit!

Our students represented our program with excellence, commitment, and pride all season long, and their achievements speak for themselves:

Cadet Guard – Kentucky State Runner-Up and 5th Overall

JV Winter Guard – 1st Place Overall, SCGC SRAAA Gold Medalists, and Kentucky State Champions

Varsity Winter Guard – Kentucky State Champions and SCGC SA Silver Medalists

We are extremely proud of the hard work, dedication, and growth shown by each of these performers and staff members throughout the season. These accomplishments are a direct reflection of their commitment to excellence.
