A safe environment where academics come first. Come in for homework assistance from a certificate teacher.

Computers are available for use, printing available, copying, and scanning. Academics first, then hang out with friends in arcade room.

Students...if your "friends" ask you to do something that you are not comfortable with, it is ok to say no. If they choose to no longer be your "friend", that is ok too because they were never truly a " friend" to begin with.

Sometimes, as you grow, you will have to leave things and some people behind. It's ok...better to learn it now than later. Always do what you know is right and what your parents have taught you.

You got this. Remember growth involves cleaning out and renewing. When shoes and clothes no longer fit you, you give them away because you have grown out of them. Life will be filled with these situations too....

We know that the pandemic aides in our students getting behind or being more behind than they were. Give them a fair chance... tutoring, social groups, etc. Invest in your child today. Sports are good for team work and some of the social piece but the knowledge drives it all.

Alright ..second semester is starting for our students. It's time to get them the extra help they need to be successful in the classroom and in life. Each student that walks through our doors, we meet where they are and we build up from there on all levels. We are going to talk and have meaningful conversations and learn at the same time.

Think about some emotions you have felt and how you handled them, then think about our children and all the emotions they deal with and may not know how to handle them. Talk to them...pay attention to them....give them a non judgmental space to talk....
