Have you ever watched your child’s karate class and wondered what it’s like to step on the mat yourself? July is your chance!

Parents and guardians of current Hopkins NK students can train FREE all month long—no experience necessary and no uniform purchase required. Just come in comfortable workout clothes and be ready to learn, move, and have fun.

• Mondays at 7:00 PM
• Wednesdays at 6:30 PM

Experience the benefits of karate firsthand while sharing in an activity that has become an important part of your child’s journey.

Get ready for an awesome morning of karate, friends, and fun! Bring a friend and show them what makes National Karate so special—but don’t worry, bringing a friend is completely optional.

⚡ Special Class Schedule:
🥋 Teens & Adults: 9:00–9:45 AM
🥋 Little Masters (Ages 4–6): 10:00–10:30 AM
🥋 Youth (Ages 7–12): 10:45–11:30 AM

We can’t wait to see everyone on the mat for a great day of training and fun! 👊🔥
