I'd your child close the Entertainment package or the Moving out package, you will want to pick them up with an suv, truck, mini van. If you're not sure what they chose, text them!

It's Graduation Day!! It also means it's Grad Night time! The committee has been working hard the last year to provide your child with a substance free, fun night. Here are some reminders for the evening:
-Today, your child will receive a 1 gallon clear bag at practice with a list of items they may or may not need, bring it all just in case 😊 Bags will be checked prior to leaving the high school. Anything not on the approved list will get left behind. If they are suspected of being under the influence of any type of substance, they will not come tonight and their prizes will be raffled off to other students.
- Bring a change of clothes to graduation tonight. Comfy clothes: shorts, sweats, sweatshirt, leggings, t-shirt (your Class of 2022 would be a great option 😉) and tennis shoes. They will change before we leave, so please wait to grab their graduation attire before you leave. There will be approximately 1 hour between the end of the graduation ceremony and the time we will start the loading procedure. Plenty of time for pictures and getting changed.
- Leave keys and wallets with your parents, they won't be needed. Remember, students need to have someone pick them up in the morning. They will be very tired!
- Please keep the phone that your provided as emergency contact by you tonight. If there is an emergency, we need to be able to get a hold of you.
- Arrival time back to the school is approximately 6:45 a.m. Please bring your patience with you. It is a process to get them off the bus and get them their prizes.

Today is the day, the last school day for our Seniors. We had their last treat day on Monday and the kids got to make floats. We hope they "crush" it in the future and we will always "root" for you! A huge shout out to Julie Stallard for coming up with fun ideas and organizing treat days. Thank You to everyone who donated treats along the way and helped pass them out too.

Yes, you read that correct. Soon this page will be ending and another one will be starting. Not only are we busy getting ready for a party but we are also getting ready to hand over the duties to the Class of 2023 parents. If you are interested in learning about Grad Night and maybe being a part of the planning committee, please plan on attending a meeting Tuesday May 24th at 7 p.m. at the park by the fire barns in Hopkins. The current committee will be there to explain duties and the work that goes into planning such a great night. Spread the word!!

We are in need of (1) 12 pack cans of orange pop and (2) 12 packs cans of rootbeer. If you are able to donate, please let us know. They need to be turned into the high school office by this Friday.

Also, if you signed up to donate snacks or drinks for Grad Night, that is due. Please bring them to Sara Purnells house. 4048 Otuna Dr Dorr MI 49323. If you need arrangements, please let us know. If you can't remember, we can help with that too! 😊

Don't forget the Senior Parade is this Saturday. Please meet at Hopkins Community Church between 5:30-6:00 p.m. You can decorate your vehicle there. You can throw candy if you want to but it's not necessary. The parade will happen rain or shine so let's cross our fingers the rain stays away!! Couple of reminders, all of these were emailed to parents at some point:
Photos are due tonight. If you want to submit photos of your senior, please click the link. You may submit up to 3 photos and they must be school age pictures. NO baby pictures. Some ideas for pictures: sports, dances with friends, school musicals/band/choir.

The Senior parade is May 14th. Meet at Hopkins Community Church between 5:30-6:00 p.m. You can decorate your vehicle at the Church. You may throw candy but it is not required. Parade will start 7:00 p.m. Please call Jackie at 616-893-4504 if you have any questions. Parade route pictured below.

May 10th at 7:00 p.m. is a volunteers meeting. If you are signed up to volunteer the night of Grad Night, please try to attend. Address is 1579 135th Ave Wayland.
