Today’s Hopedale SEPAC Summer Series is highlighting the Sensory Trail at Mass Audubon Broad Meadow Brook in Worcester. 🍃
This thoughtfully designed trail offers a unique opportunity to experience nature through sight, sound, touch, and smell. Visitors can explore a rope-and-post guided trail featuring Braille signage, tactile maps, an audio tour, boardwalk sections, and benches along the way.
Broad Meadow Brook also offers adaptive equipment available including an all-terrain wheelchair, rollator walker, walking sticks, binoculars, and more, helping make nature accessible to a wider range of visitors.
From the butterfly garden and bird blind to the vernal pool and peaceful woodland views, there’s something for everyone to enjoy at their own pace.
