It’s the LAST DAY of Quarter 1! 🎉

We’re so excited to shower 150 students with a little extra love today! Students will receive personalized notes from their family members, delicious donuts, and warm apple c***r to help them celebrate the end of the quarter. There’s nothing better than ending the quarter feeling loved and encouraged.

💌 Missed out this quarter? Don’t worry! Keep an eye out in December for our next Send a Sip as we wrap up Quarter 2.

We hope everyone has a safe and relaxing fall break! Quarter 2 begins Monday, October 19th.

Congratulations to our September Jets of the Month!

Each month, our teachers nominate students who they believe deserve recognition for their hard work and positive character, while students nominate teachers who they feel go above and beyond to make a difference.

But being nominated is an accomplishment, too! Every student who receives a nomination gets a special locker magnet recognizing them as a Jet of the Month nominee. Our monthly winners receive an additional prize to celebrate their achievement.

Our winning teachers receive a special "Jet Employee of the Month" car topper to proudly display (on their car or in their classroom)!

We are so proud of all our nominees and winners! Thank you for being the kind of Jets who work hard, lift others up, and make our school a better place.

We had nearly 100% participation in our Application Completion Day! It is exciting to support seniors as they pursue their dreams and refine a vision for their future.

Now is the time to,

Big News! FAFSA is open and Heritage Fund Combined Scholarship Application is open!

I cannot reiterate enough that we strongly believe there are many paths to future fulfillment and success. I want more than anything for all my students to have future options they are excited to pursue.

Have you heard about The Jet Runway? Our Kindness Club has worked to set up a clothing and basic needs pantry that is completely free to students! Seniors! The 27-28 FAFSA is open! There is a free FAFSA filing event at IU Columbus on Sunday with financial aid experts present to help families submit the FAFSA during College Goal Sunday.

College Goal Sunday, Indiana’s largest FAFSA filing event, will be held Sunday, October 4th, 2026 from 2 – 4pm (Local Time). FAFSA filing experts from across Indiana will be available during the event to help all attendees with filing their FAFSA.

On October 4th anyone wishing to file their FAFSA with free expert help needs to visit one of the College Goal Sunday locations across Indiana for FREE in-person help completing the form.
