🏈 South Arkansas Area Fan’s Choice Preseason Football Player! 🏈

We have been busy casting our votes for one of three Hope Varsity players nominated for the South Arkansas Area Fan’s Choice Preseason Football Player, presented by Shelter Insurance!

One of those outstanding young men is Senior Jaiden Brown! While making his way through the halls of HHS, Jaiden was busy doing what he does so well—being helpful. He jumped right in to assist the Magnet Coordinator with bringing in boxes. 📦👏🏽

No pictures were taken because, before we could grab a camera, J. Brown was ready to put those boxes down and get back to business! 😂

But we definitely noticed his leadership, willingness to serve, and positive presence on our campus.

We applaud you, Senior J. Brown! Keep leading, serving, and representing HHS with pride! 🐾❤️🩶

On Friday, I had the opportunity to observe Mrs. Kathy Knight’s class. The students were actively engaged in a Capturing Kids’ Hearts (CKH) activity focused on kindness and encouragement. Each student had created a personalized bag decorated with their name and other designs. Acts of kindness were clearly in high gear as students encouraged and motivated one another by writing positive messages on Post-it notes and placing them in their classmates’ bags. The activity created a positive classroom environment where students were intentionally building one another up and demonstrating care, encouragement, and respect for their peers.

Thanks Mrs Kathy and students! We appreciate you all.

Bobcat Clinic Service Update

The Bobcat Clinic will not have physical health services available on Tuesday, August 18. In addition, a physical health provider will not be available on Thursday, August 20.

Please plan accordingly. We appreciate your understanding.

August is National Immunization Awareness Month. Hope Public Schools encourages families to stay informed about recommended vaccinations and make health a priority throughout the school year.

Families are encouraged to speak with their healthcare provider or local health department to determine which vaccines may be recommended for their children and family members.
