Module 1: Budgets, Projections, and Planning (October 13,2026 - 1:00 to 2:00PM)
The purpose of this training is to strengthen child care providers’ foundational knowledge of business practices. The training encourages providers to realize the importance of fiscal planning to the sustainability of their business operations. The training provides tips and best practices to help break down fiscal processes into manageable steps. Module 1 focuses on Budgets, Projections, and Planning for Center-Based Child Care Program.
