📢 EVENT UPDATE

Due to the possibility of rain this weekend, the Back-to-School Community Impact Event has been postponed and will now take place Saturday, Sept. 19, from 10 a.m. to noon at Gray’s Creek High School, 5301 Celebration Drive in Hope Mills.

Balm in Gilead Family Counseling Ministries, in partnership with Cumberland County Schools, will offer CCS students and families free school supplies, clothing, shoes, groceries and household goods while supplies last.

Families needing assistance before the event may call 910-424-2645 to schedule an appointment.

Per Cumberland County Schools, tryouts will now begin on September 8th due to the heat indexes and caution for the athletes.

Our first game for football, volleyball and soccer on September 16th and 17th will be moved to the end of the season.

September is Attendance Awareness month. CCS is starting September with an attendance spirit week. We look forward to seeing all of our bruins participate!
