At Hoosac School, our Aviation Program gives students the opportunity to explore their passion for aviation, gain hands-on experience, and build valuable skills that can take them to new heights.

From Hoosac to the next chapter! ❤️💜

We’re proud to spotlight alumna Molly Dukesherer, who recently graduated from Rivier University after an outstanding academic and athletic career. As a team captain, Molly earned her B.A. in Elementary Education and is now continuing her education at Western New England University, pursuing an M.S. in Business and Organizational Leadership.

But that’s not all. Molly will also serve as a graduate assistant coach for WNE’s women’s ice hockey team through a two-year graduate assistantship! 🏒

Even better, two current Hoosac seniors from the Class of 2027 have committed to WNE for ice hockey, giving them the opportunity to learn from Molly as their coach during the 2027–2028 season. Talk about a full-circle Hoosac connection!

Congratulations, Molly! We’re so proud to see where your Hoosac journey has taken you—and where it’s headed next. Once a Hoosac student, always part of the Hoosac family. 🎓🏒

Supporting Our Owls On & Off the Ice! 🏒

We are so proud of Kate McAuliffe ‘27! This summer, Kate was selected to participate in the A Shot For Life CT Girls Ice Hockey All-Star Game at the International Skating Center of Connecticut.

As part of her participation, Kate has pledged to raise funds for cancer research, directly benefiting Dr. William Curry’s Cancer Research Lab at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Let’s show Kate the power of the Hoosac community! 🦉❤️💜

Our campus never truly takes a summer break. ☀️❤️💜

While students are enjoying their summer adventures, our incredible Maintenance Team has been hard at work caring for every corner of Hoosac School, refreshing, repairing, landscaping, and preparing our beautiful campus for another unforgettable year.

Their dedication behind the scenes ensures that when our students, faculty, and families return this fall, Hoosac is ready to welcome them home.

🏆⛳ Champion on the Course!

Congratulations to Oliver Graves ’28 on an incredible victory at the Vermont Junior Amateur Championship!

Oliver earned the final qualifying spot by shooting a 78, securing the 15th seed in a competitive 16-player field. From there, he put together an unforgettable championship run:

🏌️ First Round: Defeated the #2 seed on the third playoff hole
🏌️ Second Round: Defeated the #7 seed on the 17th hole
🏌️ Semifinal: Defeated the #6 seed on the 16th hole
🏆 Championship Match: Defeated the #9 seed on the 15th hole to claim the title!

What an incredible display of determination, resilience, and composure under pressure. We are so proud of you, Oliver! Congratulations on this outstanding achievement, we can’t wait to see what’s next.
