Cyber Security Fundamentals Program at CCAC!
Are you interested in technology, gaming, problem-solving, or learning how to stay safe online? Join us for an exciting introduction to cybersecurity Summer Camp at CCAC’s Center for Education, Innovation, and Training (CEIT.) The Camp will take place June 29th, 30th, and July 1st.
Our Cybersecurity Fundamentals Summer Camp program is designed for high school students who want to learn how the digital world really works — and how to protect it. In today’s world, cybersecurity impacts everything from social media and smartphones to banking, healthcare, and national security. This program gives you a hands-on introduction to the skills and knowledge used by real cybersecurity professionals.
During this interactive experience, students will:
Learn how hackers think — and how to stop them
Discover how to create strong passwords and avoid online scams
Explore how the internet, networks, and data protection actually work
Participate in hands-on activities that simulate real-world cyber challenges
Learn about career opportunities in cybersecurity and information technology
No prior experience is required. Whether you’re already interested in computers or just curious about how to protect yourself online, this program is a great way to build confidence and explore future career possibilities.
